These Terms describe the general working relationship between Infinity Web Creations (“IWC,” “we,” “us”) and clients who inquire about or purchase our website services. A project proposal, written scope, or invoice may add project-specific terms. If those terms conflict with this page, the project-specific terms control.
Estimates and scope
Package descriptions and starting prices are provided as a guide. Before work begins, we will confirm the deliverables, timeline, price, and any third-party costs in writing. Requests that add pages, functionality, integrations, or a material change in direction may require a separate quote.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, feedback, and access needed to complete the project. You are responsible for registering and maintaining your domain in your own name, choosing and managing a full business email service, and arranging and maintaining website hosting unless you purchase Infinity Care. We can set up simple receive-only email forwarding to an inbox you already use at no additional charge, but it is not a full email mailbox service.
Timelines and revisions
Any delivery date is a good-faith goal, not a guarantee. Timelines depend on receiving requested content, feedback, and approvals on time. Included revision rounds are those stated in the confirmed package or proposal. A revision round is one collected set of feedback on the agreed website; new pages, major direction changes, and added functionality are outside that scope.
Payment
Launch and Growth projects require full payment before work begins. For Signature projects, payment will be agreed in writing before work begins: either 50% up front and 50% on delivery, or a milestone schedule that both parties approve. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and third-party charges unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Ownership and third-party services
Once all agreed project fees are paid, you receive the rights to the final website deliverables described in the project scope. You remain responsible for content and assets you provide and confirm that you have the right to use them. Domains, email providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and may have their own fees.
Infinity Care
Infinity Care is an optional recurring support service. You may cancel at any time. Following cancellation, your included access and support continue through the end of the 30-day period after your most recent billing date. New pages, redesigns, major functionality, and work outside the included scope are quoted before work begins.
Cancellation and changes
Either party may pause or end a project by written notice. Fees already paid for completed work are non-refundable except where required by law. If a project is paused for an extended period, we may need to revise the remaining timeline or scope before restarting.
